Job Overview

• You should have a strong foundation in mobile application development and be eager to contribute to the full app lifecycle – from concept to deployment and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality mobile applications for [iOS / Android / Cross-platform].
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive and performant user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure app stability and performance.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, mobile technologies, and development tools.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s development processes.
• Provide Mentorship to team members and participate in Crown Interactive Training Programs
• And any other responsibility assigned to you.

Required Skills & Competencies
Native development:

• Android: Kotlin, Java, Android SDK
• iOS: Swift, SwiftUI / UIKit

Cross-platform (strong advantage):

• Flutter (Dart) or React Native
• Mobile app architecture patterns:
• MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture
• RESTful API integration (JSON, HTTP/HTTPS)
• State management (Bloc, Provider, Redux, Riverpod, etc.)
• Critical for SaaS & enterprise systems
• API consumption & error handling

Authentication & authorization:

• OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSO
• Understanding of microservices architecture

Cloud-based services:

• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Real-time services (Firebase, WebSockets)

Qualification & Experience

• First degree in Computer Science, Engineering or technical skills required for this role 
• 5 to 6 years mobile app experience, with deep skills in Dart/Flutter and/or JavaScript/TypeScript (React Native)
• App deployment expertise: experience publishing to App Store and Google Play
• Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, and testing, including Git workflows, unit/integration tests, and basic deployment pipelines.
