Job Description
- A domestic helper performs essential household services to maintain a clean, organized, and safe home environment.
- Core duties include cleaning (sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing), laundry, ironing, meal preparation, and running errands.
- They may also provide childcare, elderly assistance, pet care, and garden maintenance.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Housekeeping: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning surfaces, toilets, and bathrooms.
- Laundry & Linens: Washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes and linens.
- Cooking: Preparing meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, based on family preferences.
- Errands: Grocery shopping and managing household supplies.
- Childcare/Caregiving: Feeding, bathing, and supervising children, or assisting elderly family members.
- Maintenance: Tidying rooms, organizing, and potentially caring for pets or gardens.
Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 monthly.
