Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Lagos

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our client’s team in the credit facility and financial services sector.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, receiving clients, handling calls and inquiries, and supporting basic administrative duties while maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
  • Welcome clients professionally and attend to inquiries courteously
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Provide basic information on the company’s credit products and services
  • Schedule appointments and manage visitor and client records
  • Support documentation, filing, and general administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with internal departments to attend to client needs
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and company information
  • Ensure the reception area is neat, organised, and professional.

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification
  • At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role
  • Experience in a financial institution, credit facility, or corporate office is an advantage
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to use office applications
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion and attention to detail
  • Must reside in Lagos - Ikeja Axis.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
