Job Title: Human Resource Management (HRM) Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes at our factory.
• You will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues, balancing the needs of the production floor with the strategic goals of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for both skilled factory labor and administrative staff.
• Maintain a positive working environment; handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and labor union negotiations (if applicable).
• Ensure the factory operates in strict accordance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations (OSHA/HSE), and industrial standards.
• Oversee attendance tracking, shift differentials, and timely payroll processing for a high-volume workforce.
• Implement appraisal systems that drive productivity on the production line.
• Coordinate safety drills, technical upskilling, and onboarding programs.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in HR, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of labor laws and industrial relations.
• Soft Skills: Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both floor workers and executive leadership.
• Logistics: Must have reliable personal transport or reside within commuting distance, as company accommodation is not available.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
