Job Title: Legal Officer
Location: Jakande - Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly
- Develop and inspect land surveying projects
- Advise the company on title issues, environmental issues, and insurance issues
- Represent the company in court, participate in trials and hearings, file appeals, and draft documents and legal pleadings
- Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed
Job Specification
- Interested candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree (LL.B)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate law and industry knowledge that includes litigation, property management, and purchase and sale transactions.
Salary
N200,000 - N230,000 per month.
