Job Title: Head of Finance and Accounts - ACA

Location: Island - Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance & Accounts to lead and oversee the organization’s finance function at a senior management level.

Role Summary

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for finance, ensuring strong financial governance, accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective cash flow management to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting & performance management
• Financial reporting in line with IFRS
• Cash flow, treasury & banking management
• Tax, statutory & regulatory compliance (CIT, VAT, WHT, PAYE, etc.)
• Audit, risk management & internal controls
• Board & executive financial reporting
• Leadership of the finance & accounts team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related fields
• ACA (ICAN) – mandatory
• 10+ years’ experience, with senior-level finance leadership exposure
• Strong knowledge of IFRS & Nigerian tax regulations
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
