Description

• A highly skilled and presentableInvestment Advisor to join our premium marketing team.
• This role is designed for a professional with an established high net-worth clientele and a "passion for selling" luxury real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a strong client base of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and premiuinvestors.
• Source, engage, and successfully close high-value transactions with high-net-worth clients.
• Successfully close high-value deals from ₦50 million and above.
• Market and sell luxury and high-value real estate properties across prime locations.
• Provide expert investment advice tailored to the needs of HNIs and discerning clients.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis on luxury property trends and opportunities.
• Develop and present investment proposals with clear value propositions.
• Ensure a premium client experience that aligns with SOW Real Estate’s luxury standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in luxury sales, investment advisory, or real estate consulting.
• Established access or exposure to a network of HNIs is a strong advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Confident, polished, and professional demeanor suitable for high-level client interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, especially in the luxury market.
