Performance Marketing Specialist at Afriex Nigeria

Afriex is an international money transfer fintech startup. Afriex was founded in 2019 to fix a broken system where cross-border transfers were slow, expensive, and unfair. We began as a simple MVP for friends and family.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist

Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook/Meta campaigns to lower Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
• Analyze funnel data to identify why high click volumes (e.g., 4.9M clicks) are not resulting in higher signup rates.
• A/B test ad creatives specifically for new features like Virtual Cards and Virtual Accounts.
• Scale "Return to App" campaigns for churned users who haven't transacted since 2021-2024.

Success Metric:

• Growth in New Transacting Users and lower CPA.
