Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Summary

  • CareOne Clinic is seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Executive to lead revenue growth, corporate partnerships, and HMO relationships.
  • This role is critical to expanding our market presence, strengthening payer partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated business growth strategies in collaboration with MD Operations and the Medical Director (Clinical).
  • Identify and convert new revenue opportunities across corporate organizations, HMOs, and private clients.
  • Lead end-to-end contract negotiations, including onboarding, renewals, and pricing discussions with HMOs and corporate partners.
  • Serve as the primary interface for HMO relationships, managing utilization reviews, performance discussions, dispute resolution, and service optimization.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and territory-wide client engagement to strengthen CareOne Clinic’s market position.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporates, and healthcare payers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and targeted growth campaigns.
  • Prepare regular performance, pipeline, and growth reports for executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in healthcare business development, partnerships, or managed care
  • Hands-on experience interfacing with HMOs is mandatory
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Must currently reside on Lagos Island (this is a key selection criterion)
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories as required.
