Job Summary
- As the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily business operations, drive sales growth, manage inventory and finances, and ensure efficient coordination between production, retail, and sales functions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across production and retail units
- Drive sales growth through business planning, partnerships, and customer management
- Manage inventory, pricing, and basic financial reporting
- Coordinate teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in business or operations management, preferably in fashion or retail
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Good financial awareness and ability to manage business operations effectively.
Salary
N170,000 - N250,000 / month.
