Job Title: Marketing Campaign Manager

Location: Egbeda, Lagos

Job Summary

• As the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing integrated marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
• You will ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand and business objectives across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels
• Develop campaign strategies, timelines, budgets, and coordinate internal teams and external vendors
• Oversee campaign execution, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns for effectiveness
• Track KPIs, analyze results, and prepare campaign performance and post-campaign reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 3–5 years’ experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, preferably in an agency
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, traditional media, and campaign execution
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
   

Salary
NGN 250,000 – NGN 350,000 Monthly.
