Job Title: Aesthetics Devices Sales Manager

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Devices Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence within the Abuja market.
  • Our products include non-invasive technologies forand fa body shaping, skin tightening, cellulite reduction, hair removal, cial treatments non-invasive technologies forbody shaping, skin tightening, cellulite reduction, hair removal, cial treatments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales activities for non-invasive aesthetic and medical devices
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with clinics, hospitals, and aesthetic centers
  • Oversee product presentations, demonstrations, and client training
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in medical or aesthetic device sales is mandatory
  • Prior experience in a sales leadership or managerial role is an advantage
  • Strong sales, marketing, and negotiation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the medical aesthetics industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
