We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Radio Engineer

Location: Ikota, Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission radio equipment, antennas, and related infrastructure at field sites.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Monitor and troubleshoot RF network issues, including signal interference and equipment faults.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to maximize network uptime.
• Conduct RF measurements and performance tests to optimize coverage and capacity.
• Analyze and adjust radio parameters to improve network efficiency.
• Maintain accurate site records, including equipment logs, site surveys, and test results.
• Prepare reports for management on network performance and issues.
• Work with network engineers, technicians, and vendors to implement network upgrades and solutions.
• Ensure field activities align with project timelines and organizational standards.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations on all sites.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements for RF emissions and licensing.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an NCE/Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of relevant work experience.

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 per month.
