Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Abraham Adesanya, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Mondays to Thursdays

Job Summary

• We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.
• You'll be the face of our company, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and driving sales growth through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner
• Identify and escalate complex issues to senior staff
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
• Contribute to sales growth through product knowledge and upselling
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills.
