We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • We are seeking a qualified and experienced Administrative assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities
Daily Responsibilities:

  • Staff attendance tracking and logging
  • Basic inventory recording and updates
  • Data entry for reports and revisions
  • Following up on assigned tasks and deadlines
  • Running daily/weekly operational checklists
  • Printing and organising policies, notices, and internal documents
  • Filing and maintaining staff and operational records
  • General administrative and ad hoc support to management

Periodic / As-Needed Responsibilities:

  • Preparing appointment letters and staff documentation when required
  • Maintaining and updating individual staff progression files
  • EPOS/menu/QR checks to ensure system alignment and accuracy
  • Assisting with system updates during pricing or operational changes
  • Supporting structured reviews or operational updates when schedule
  • And anyother duty as may be required by the HR/Management.

Personality & Conduct Expectations:

  • This role requires a firm, disciplined, and task-focused personality.
  • The Administrative Assistant must remain professional and process-driven, not relationship-driven.

Accordingly:

  • Interactions should be brief, respectful, and task-based
  • Over-familiarity with staff should be avoided
  • The role is not responsible for counselling or mediating staff issues
  • Conversations that distract from duties should be redirected

We require someone who is:

  • Comfortable enforcing procedures and boundaries
  • The focus is efficiency, consistency, and execution.

Requirements
The Ideal candidate must have/be:

  • Strong computer literacy
  • Confident with Excel and digital systems
  • Able to learn processes quickly and work independently after training
  • Must be reliable and proactive.
  • Proximity to the Island is key.

Salary
N140,000 - N150,000 / month.
