Job Summary

• The GNOC Operations Personnel is responsible for real-time monitoring, support, and maintenance of the company’s network infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime, performance, and service quality.
• The role involves proactive fault detection, incident response, escalation, and coordination with field and technical teams to resolve network issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network systems, servers, and base stations 24/7 using GNOC tools and dashboards.
• Detect, log, and respond to network faults, outages, and performance degradation.
• Escalate critical incidents promptly according to escalation procedures.
• Coordinate with field engineers, vendors, and internal technical teams for issue resolution.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of network, power, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain accurate incident reports, logs, and shift handover documentation.
• Track network availability and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Monitor power systems (gensets, inverters, batteries) and environmental alarms where applicable.
• Provide first-line technical support to customer support teams when required.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and company policies.
• Participate in shift rotations, including night, weekend, and public holiday shifts.
