Job Description

• The Company Driver is responsible for safely transporting staff, documents, and company equipment while ensuring the assigned vehicle is well-maintained, roadworthy, and compliant with all traffic and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company staff, management, and guests to designated locations.
• Transport company documents, equipment, and materials as required.
• Ensure punctuality and professionalism in all driving assignments.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, water, tyres, brakes, lights).
• Keep the vehicle clean, neat, and in good working condition at all times.
• Report vehicle faults, accidents, or maintenance needs promptly.
• Ensure vehicle documents (insurance, license, roadworthiness) are valid and up to date.
• Observe all traffic laws, safety rules, and company policies.
• Assist with basic administrative or logistics errands when required.
• Maintain a logbook of trips, mileage, and fuel usage.
