Description

• We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Security Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
• The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the overall security operations of our facilities, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and assets.
• As the Security Supervisor, you will lead a team of security officers, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure compliance with our established security standards.
• You will be expected to maintain clear communication with local law enforcement and emergency response teams, fostering strong relationships that enhance our security measures. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security personnel to ensure efficient operations.
• Develop and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures to safeguard assets and personnel.
• Investigate security incidents and respond to emergencies in accordance with established procedures.
• Provide training and support to security staff on effective security practices and emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and activities for review and compliance purposes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a security supervisor or similar role in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse groups.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations and make sound decisions.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
