About the Role

• We are looking for a skilled and versatile barber who can deliver all trending haircut styles, master various fades and tapers, and expertly use blades for precision styling and edge-ups. The ideal candidate should be passionate about grooming, detail-oriented, and committed to providing top-notch service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of haircut styles, including modern and trending looks.
• Execute clean fades, tapers, and sharp line-ups with precision.
• Use clippers, trimmers, and blades confidently for styling and edge-ups.
• Provide beard grooming, shaping, and maintenance services.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles.
• Maintain hygiene standards and ensure tools/equipment are sanitized regularly.
• Stay updated on men’s grooming trends and techniques.
• Deliver excellent customer service to build client loyalty and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a professional barber.
• Strong expertise in fades, tapers, and trending haircut styles.
• Proficiency with blades for styling and edge-ups.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.
