Job Title: Sales Manager / Team Lead

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

Job Summary

  • ArabSpaceNG is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive property sales, and support the company’s growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  • ​​Lead and supervise the sales team
  • ​​Assign leads and manage sales targets
  • ​Train and onboard new sales staff and freelance agents
  • ​​Track performance and prepare sales reports
  • ​​Improve deal closure and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • ​Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • ​Minimum of 3 years sales experience (real estate preferred)
  • ​At least 1 year experience managing a sales team
  • ​Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • ​Strong knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Salary & Benefits

  • ​N180,000 monthly salary
  • ​50% commission on personal sales profit.
