Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Hybrid (Full-Time)

Job Summary

• This role is ideal for a creative and performance-driven marketer with experience in social media, paid ads, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• ​Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms
• Create and execute a structured content calendar
• ​Publish property listings, reels, stories, and educational content
• ​Run paid advertisements to generate buyer and investor leads
• ​Track and qualify leads for the sales team
• ​Write marketing captions and property descriptions
• ​Work with the videographer to plan and publish video content
• ​Update website listings and monitor performance

Requirements

• ​Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing
• Strong experience with Instagram, Facebook, and paid ads
• Basic graphic design and copywriting skills
• ​Experience in service-based or real estate marketing is an advantage
• ​Self-motivated and results-oriented.

Benefits

• N200,000 monthly salary
• N10,000 monthly data allowance.
