Job Title: Front Desk Officer & Social Media Manager

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)

About the Role

• Kairos Creative Hub is looking for an organized, friendly, and creative professional to manage our front desk while building our online presence.
• You'll be the face of our company both in-person and online, ensuring exceptional client experiences and engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and walk-in customers. Handle in-person and phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and direct visitors appropriately in a timely and professional manner
• Manage content publishing across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and online inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Track and report on key performance metrics including engagement rates, follower growth, reach, and conversions.
• Welcome guests warmly and professionally, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: OND / HND / Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience in office administration or social media management is preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
• Creative thinker who can come up with fresh content ideas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
• Basic familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Available to start immediately.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
