Sweet Sensations Confectionery Limited is a reputable Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) with multiple outlets across Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Bread Manager (Strategic Production Leadership Role)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Scope

• Lead end-to-end bread production operations in line with SOPs and quality standards
• Drive production efficiency, waste reduction, and cost optimization
• Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Maintenance, HR, and Factory Operations
• Ensure uninterrupted supply of bread to all outlets
• Lead and manage production teams, performance, and KPIs
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, health, and regulatory standards.

Role Requirements

• Qualification: B.Sc. / HND with a background in Food Science or related food-based discipline
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ managerial experience in bakery or food production
• Industry Exposure: FMCG experience required (QSR experience is an advantage)
• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of SAP/ERP.
