We are seeking highly competent, experienced, and motivated professionals to fill the key position below:

Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Locations: Warri - Delta, Port Harcourt - Rivers and Ondo

Primary Mission & Core Responsibillity

• Mission: Provide overall strategic vision, leadership, and direction for the company.
• Core: Accountable to the Board for driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and maintaining corporate governance and stakeholder relations in the Nigerian energy sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience, with at least 5 years in a Senior Executive/Leadership role within the Oil & Gas or Energy Sector.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, operational excellence, and corporate governance.
• Candidates must be willing to live and work in the region and travel to other locations.
