Job Title: Investor Relations Manager

Location: Lagos

Overview

  • We are looking for a commercially astute Investor Relations Manager to drive investor engagement, expand client portfolios, and support capital growth.
  • The ideal candidate will combine strong financial markets knowledge with proven relationship management and business development capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire, retain, and grow investor relationships.
  • Own and exceed annual sales and portfolio growth targets.
  • Provide investment advisory support aligned with client objectives and risk profiles.
  • Identify alternative funding opportunities and optimize cost of capital.
  • Maintain strong awareness of regulatory developments and financial market trends.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and management reports.
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and internal governance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Treasury Sales, Investor Relations, Business Development, or Financial Advisory.
  • MBA or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
