We are seeking highly competent, experienced, and motivated professionals to fill the key position below:

Job Title: Corporate Planning and Compliance Officer 

Locations: Warri - Delta, Port Harcourt - Rivers and Ondo

Primary Mission & Core Responsibillity

• Mission: Ensure the company's long-term business strategy aligns with regulatory requirements.
• Core: Develop, implement, and monitor the corporate strategic plan and compliance program to mitigate legal, regulatory, and ethical risks (local and international).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification in compliance, corporate governance, or project management (is an advantage.)
• 10+ years’ experience in corporate planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Candidates must be willing to live and work in the region and travel to other locations.
