Job Summary

• We are seeking proactive and results-driven Medical Sales Representatives to promote and sell our client's pharmaceutical products.
• The ideal candidate must be confident, persuasive, and able to build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
• Conduct regular visits to assigned territories t market products and close sales deals.
• Ensure consistent product availability and visibility across designated locations.
• Provide product information, demonstrations, and clinical presentations to healthcare professionals.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and competitor updates.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in a medical or biological science-related discipline
• Minimum of 4 years experience in medical sales.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Good knowledge of Lagos Mainland routes.
• Must be smart, confident, and self-motivated.

Benefits

• Salary + Float: N250,000 monthly.
• Commission.
