Job Summary

• An established Oil & Gas Servicing Company based in Port Harcourt is urgently seeking to employ an experienced Marketing Officer with proven industry experience.
• The Marketing Officer will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s oil and gas services to operators, contractors, and key industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing and business development strategies within the oil and gas sector
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with IOC’s, marginal field operators, EPCs, and oil & gas contractors
• Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Prepare and deliver marketing proposals, presentations, and company profiles
• Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking sessions
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
• Support tendering processes, RFQs, and bid submissions
• Collaborate with operations and management teams to align marketing efforts with service delivery
• Provide regular reports on marketing activities, leads, and conversions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum of 3–5 years marketing or business development experience in the oil and gas servicing industry
• Strong knowledge of oil and gas operations, services, and industry structure
• Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure
• Strong professional network within the oil and gas sector (added advantage).
