Job Title: Site Administrative Officer

Location: Lekki-Epe, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• The Site Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and HR support to a construction site within Lagos. The candidate should be an organised and efficient individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all site activities, including daily progress reports, material deliveries, equipment usage, and personnel attendance.
• Manage site correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of site personnel.
• Maintain effective communication with the project manager, site engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with local communities.

Qualifications

• HND or BSc (no engineers)
• Proven experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and environmental standards.
