Job Overview

  • Bankoto is looking for a Sales Operations Lead to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • This role will oversee sales processes, monitor performance, and implement strategies that help the sales team consistently meet and exceed targets. You will be instrumental in turning leads into customers while ensuring seamless execution across the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive customer acquisition targets and overall revenue growth for the business.
  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring leads are properly tracked, followed up, and converted.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Support onboarding and training of sales team members on systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Ensure the sales team consistently meets or exceeds targets while maintaining high-quality engagement with customers.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or business development.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and meet customer acquisition targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
