Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning
• Develop and implement effective employee engagement and retention strategies
• Provide timely resolution of employee relations issues
• Partner with management on people-related business decisions
• Track HR metrics including hiring timelines, turnover, and engagement
• Oversee HR policies, compliance, and payroll coordination

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager in a growing organization
• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian labour market
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Strategic mindset with strong execution skills
