So far, our growing family consists of three international brands, Domino's Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery & Pinkberry. Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N' Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing.

Job Description

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Officer to support our fast-paced FMCG operations.
  • The Talent Acquisition Officer will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely hiring for open roles, and supporting workforce planning across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and business support roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to support workforce planning and staffing needs.
  • Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates to recommend suitable talent.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction activities to ensure a smooth employee integration.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring documentation.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws, company policies, and best practices.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of hiring processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within QSR, FMCG, or a high-volume operational environment.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR/recruitment systems.
