We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Assistant

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR Officer in daily human resource operations.
• Assist with recruitment processes, including receiving applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
• Maintain accurate and confidential staff files, both physical and electronic.
• Assist with staff onboarding, documentation, and orientation.
• Keep records of staff attendance, leave, and basic welfare matters.
• Help prepare HR documents such as appointment letters, memos, and internal notices.
• Support performance appraisal processes and staff development activities.
• Assist in organizing trainings, meetings, and staff related events.
• Respond to basic staff inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and HR procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and office administration.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic office applications.
• Previous HR or administrative experience is an added advantage.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
