Job Title: Assistant Teacher, Nursery School
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher in delivering age appropriate lessons and activities.
- Assist pupils with learning tasks, play based activities, and daily routines.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Observe pupils and report learning progress or concerns to the class teacher.
- Supervise pupils during breaks, playtime, and transitions.
- Assist with classroom organization, learning materials, and displays.
- Support pupils’ social, emotional, and moral development.
Requirements
- Minimum of NCE or relevant early childhood qualification.
- Experience working with young children is an advantage.
- Patience, creativity, and good communication skills.
- Love for children and ability to work as part of a team.
Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 / month.
