Job Description

• We are hiring a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to lead our breakfast and brunch kitchen operations.
• This role focuses on continental breakfast, brunch and dining.

Responsibilities

• ⁠Lead morning kitchen service
• ⁠Menu execution and quality control
• ⁠Manage junior cooks
• ⁠Maintain hygiene and kitchen discipline

Requirements

• ⁠Strong breakfast/brunch experience
• ⁠Hotel or professional restaurant background
• ⁠Leadership ability
• ⁠High kitchen standards and discipline.
• No entry-level candidates
• Must have worked in structured restaurants, lounges, or hotels
• ⁠Candidates must live within Lekki / VI / Ikoyi or nearby areas
• ⁠Maintain personal hygiene
• No junior or Assistant chef.
