Job Title: Lounge Manager

Job Summary

• The Lounge Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lounge, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient staff management, and smooth business operations while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day lounge operations and ensure excellent guest experience
• Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate lounge staff
• Ensure compliance with service, hygiene, health, and safety standards
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and supplies; coordinate reordering as needed
• Manage cash handling, sales reports, and operational records
• Implement company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Ensure the lounge environment is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
• Work closely with management to meet revenue targets and operational goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor`s Degree
• Proven experience in hospitality or lounge/restaurant management
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
