Job Summary
- The Lounge Waitress is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by attending to guests promptly, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring a welcoming and comfortable lounge experience at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly
- Ensure tables and lounge areas are clean, organized, and presentable
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints politely and efficiently
- Process bills and handle payments accurately
- Follow hygiene, safety, and company service standards at all times
- Support team members to ensure smooth lounge operations.
Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 per month.
