Job Title: Human Resources Associate

Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and resourceful HR Associate to join our HR consulting firm.
• The ideal candidate will support recruitment, training, and advisory services, helping to deliver high-quality HR services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
• Support onboarding processes for new employees, including documentation, induction scheduling, and orientation.
• Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and HR databases using approved digital HR systems.
• Assist in payroll preparation, leave management, and benefits administration in coordination with HR leadership.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management activities.
• Generate HR reports as required and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 1–2 years post-NYSC relevant HR experience.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital HR tools.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple HR priorities effectively.
• Discreet, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
