Job Description
Recruitment & Selection:

• Identifying staffing needs.
• Advertising job vacancies.
• Shortlisting, interviewing, and hiring employees.
• Onboarding new staff.

Employee Records & Documentation:

• Maintaining staff files and contracts.
• Managing personal data and employment records.
• Updating promotions, transfers, and exits.

Employee Relations:

• Managing workplace conflicts and grievances.
• Handling disciplinary issues and queries.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
