SEND is a digital freight forwarder and customs broker for Africa. We manage the entire process of shipping freight by air and ocean, including customs clearance and supply chain finance -using software to provide quotes, document management, cost transparency and control across your supply chain.

Role Description

• We are hiring a Marketing Specialist to support SEND’s marketing execution and demand generation efforts.
• This role will focus on campaign execution, content, digital marketing, and performance tracking, working closely with Sales and Product teams to support pipeline growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Support demand generation initiatives and lead acquisition.
• Track and report on campaign performance and key metrics.
• Support brand awareness and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners where required.
• Maintain marketing calendars, tools, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or logistics.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong execution, organisation, and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
