Job Title: Head of Sales

Role Description

  • We are hiring a Head of Sales to lead SEND’s commercial function and drive revenue growth across key markets.
  • This role will be responsible for defining sales strategy, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring consistent execution against growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEND’s overall sales strategy.
  • Build, lead, and manage the sales team across target customer segments.
  • Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance.
  • Drive pipeline management, forecasting, and deal reviews.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop sales team members.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to improve sales enablement.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
  • 7+ years of sales experience, including leadership and people management.
  • Strong strategic, negotiation, and execution skills.
  • Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or B2B technology is an advantage
