Job Summary
- As the Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the CEO to translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives.
- You will drive execution, track progress across key projects, and ensure alignment between leadership vision and operational delivery.
Responsibilities
- Translate the CEO’s priorities into clear, executable initiatives and work plans
- Track progress against strategic goals, OKRs, and vision plans across teams
- Identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and trade-offs early and escalate appropriately
- Support execution of high-impact strategic and operational projects across the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Strategy, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or senior management support roles
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to operate with discretion, urgency, and sound judgment.
