Summary

• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to drive the planning, execution,and optimization of online marketing campaigns, as well as the management of digital content across our social media platforms, boosting brand visibility, engagement, and online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Plan, schedule, create, and publish engaging, brand-compliant content to boost engagement
• Monitor trends, engagement, and metrics, and provide improvement insights.
• Manage content planning, campaign execution, and brainstorming of creative ideas with internal teams.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and recommendations.
• Create marketing materials, blog posts, and digital graphics for campaigns.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Degree in Mass Comm., Marketing, or related field, with 1–3 years relevant experience.
• Proficiency in social media and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite).
• Strong understanding of email marketing, social media trends, and digital marketing best practices.
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
