Job Summary

  • Our client, a growing real estate firm, is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales and client acquisition.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing properties, generating leads, conducting property inspections, and closing sales deals.
  • This role requires strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
  • Promote and sell company properties to prospective buyers and investors.
  • Conduct property inspections and presentations for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
  • Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Negotiate sales terms and close property deals successfully.
  • Prepare and process necessary documentation related to property transactions.
  • Provide clients with accurate information on property features, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Qualification

  • Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of the real estate market and property sales process.
  • Professional appearance and presentation skills.
  • High level of confidence, persistence, and customer focus.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
