Job Summary
- Our client, a growing real estate firm, is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales and client acquisition.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing properties, generating leads, conducting property inspections, and closing sales deals.
- This role requires strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Promote and sell company properties to prospective buyers and investors.
- Conduct property inspections and presentations for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Negotiate sales terms and close property deals successfully.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation related to property transactions.
- Provide clients with accurate information on property features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Qualification
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market and property sales process.
- Professional appearance and presentation skills.
- High level of confidence, persistence, and customer focus.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
