We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR / Admin Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Manage and maintain accurate physical and digital employee records, including contracts, leave data, and performance documentation.
  • Handle daily HR administrative operations such as attendance tracking, leave management, and employee status updates.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are fully equipped and inducted into company policies and culture.
  • Collate and submit monthly payroll-related data to Finance, including leave deductions, bonuses, and adjustments.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, HR requests, and benefits-related issues.
  • Support the implementation and continuous enforcement of HR policies in line with Nigerian Labour Laws and company guidelines.
  • Monitor compliance with workplace safety standards and assist in organizing mandatory training sessions.
  • Generate basic HR reports on headcount, attendance, and employee movement as required.
  • Assist in organizing staff engagement initiatives and company events to enhance morale and workplace culture.

Requirements / Qualifications / Skills

  • BSc/HND in Business Management or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
  • Membership of CIPM or a similar professional HR body is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
  • Close proximity to Jibowu, Lagos is strongly preferred.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
