We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Preschool Teacher (EYFS)

Location: Ogudu, Ori-Oke - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibillities

• Teaching all areas of the EYFS using Montessori approach
• Planning, preparing and presenting lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within the class
• Taking responsibility for the progress of the learners
• Organizing the classroom and learning resources and creating displays to encourage a positive learning environment
• Meeting requirements for the assessment and recording of learners’ development
• Coordinating activities and resources within specific areas of the curriculum, and supporting colleagues in the delivery
• Providing feedback to parents and carers on learners’ progress
• Keeping up to date with current procedures and practices through continuing professional development.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an NCE, HND, PGDE or Bachelor's Degree with 2 years experience as a preschool teacher in a reputable school.
• Good knowledge of EYFS and applicability
• Good knowledge of Montessori learning approach
• Good writing skill
• Very good knowledge of Jolly phonics
• Ability to effectively use online learning tools
• Digitally knowledgeable
• Excellent written and verbal communications (fluent in English Language).
