Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to drive B2B sales growth in the Real Estate and Roofing industry.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales collateral and campaigns
• Provide sales forecasts and pipeline reports

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Real Estate or Roofing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and market trends
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
