Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

• We are looking for a proactive HR Officer to support our HR team in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR administration.
• You’ll help create a seamless employee experience while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Help implement performance appraisals and training programs.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and engagement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and payroll is a plus.
• Preferred Candidates: Applicants residing around Ilupeju, Mushin, Gbagada, Oshodi, and nearby areas are strongly encouraged to apply.

 Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
