Job Title: Auditing Accountant

Location: Lekki (Chevron axis), Lagos
Work Structure – HYBRID (2 days on-site weekly)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Auditing Accountant to support internal audit processes and ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial records.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on auditing experience and the ability to identify risks, improve controls, and support management with reliable financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits to assess financial accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations
• Review financial statements, records, and accounting processes for accuracy and completeness
• Identify control gaps, risks, and areas for improvement
• Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations
• Support management in implementing audit recommendations
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Assist with audit planning and execution
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails

Requirements & Qualifications

• HND / BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–3 years’ experience in an auditing or accounting role
• Strong understanding of auditing standards and accounting principles
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong reporting and documentation skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 / month.
