Job Title: Human Resources Officer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description
- The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HR policies, supporting employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labour regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
- Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Handle employee relations issues and provide HR advisory support
- Support payroll processing and statutory compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Nigerian labour laws
- Assist in organizing trainings, disciplinary processes, and HR reports
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years relevant HR experience
- Sound knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labour laws
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or in progress) is an added advantage.
